Hello

I'm Carolyn, this is my story, and I'd like to help guide you through yours.

My heart had been broken so many times throughout my life. I had been abandoned and rejected by friends, family, intimate relationships, jobs and life experiences. I learned that I could not trust myself and felt I was damaged. I didn’t believe that anyone else wanted me and I didn’t want me. I started on my own Heart Healing Journey and through years of mending my own broken pieces I started to come alive. I studied healing modalities and added tools to my ever expanding healing kit. I grew stronger. I learned to love myself. I learned to trust my intuitive voice. I began to trust that I could guide others along their healing journeys. I am here to share my gifts to guide you along your Heart Healing Journey.
